Health wise it's been an up and down week. Most afternoons spent in bed feeling really ill, and the occasional morning feeling fairly decent. Still having issues with the throat. Blisters on my tonsils and the back of my throat again this week but at least I haven't had many fevers. I've had tremors in my legs on and off this week too. I haven't had this symptom in ages. It's one of the most annoying, disturbing symptoms for me.
On Thursday we went for a few hours out to the Sleeping Giant - one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to (and considering the natural places I've been, that's saying something).
I'm going to post a few photos.
Sorry you aren't feeling very well, however happy to hear you were able to get out and about a little bit. Blisters again? Me too, I've been dealing with them for about 5 weeks now. Ridiculous. In other news, I have an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic at the beginning of May. I'm not messing around anymore. I'm in dire need of a tune up.
ReplyDeletewish me luck,
jenji
Lovely misty images. I'm so sorry you've got the throat issues and the tremors back. It's awful when a troublesome symptom returns. I find there's fear attached to it now - like, here we go again and what does it mean? I hope the good patches win out for you this week.
ReplyDeleteJenji, that's good new about the clinic...I find my specialist has more of a "clue" about this illnes than a GP who might have one or two patients with it. Let me know (if you don't mind) what happens and if they have anything to say about the throat situation.
ReplyDeleteJo - the day we went out to the Giant it was misty, but that had it's own beauty too...it made me want to paint again which I haven't done in a long while....hopefully I get a chance soon. As for the tremors, I don't find them scary like I used to - more like a teribly annoying relative you can't make go away - familiar and unwanted!
Ha ha, I can think of a few of those! :-)
ReplyDeletePretty photos! Hope you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are beautiful...and calming. What a place!
ReplyDeleteYour leg tremors sound awful. What a menagerie of symptoms accompany ME/CFS...I have quite a few neurological ones (which it sounds like your leg tremors are) and they are so not fun!
I found your blog through Jo's. Glad to meet you. Hope you are feeling as good as possible as soon as possible and that those leg tremors settle down. Sincerely, Kerry
